Mark joined BGC Group in October 2010 as Renewable's and Excellence Director. Mark has worked in the gas industry for over 25 years and prior to joining BGC Group was the Building Services Manager at Plus Dane Housing for 9 years he also worked for Stoke-on-Trent Council and British Gas. Mark has a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the Building Services has lectured at Stoke-onTrent College since 1998. Mark currently has operational responsibility for Renewable Solutions and Commercial Gas together with managing the Office Staff and mentoring Apprenticeships. His Qualifications include the following:- Level 5 Operational Management Professional Certificate in Management Level 4 in Training & Development BTEC Business Studies BTEC Building Services City & Guilds Gas Service Engineer
